  For large furniture items, we will coordinate a professional pickup time; for smaller decor, we will provide a prepaid shipping label for you to drop off at a local courier.

  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods to verify their condition, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
